Located on the McKinley Tower Apartments, this camera points east toward the mountains.  The diagonal street to the left of the image is 4th Avenue, at this point a one-way street heading east.  To the right and running parallel is 5th Avenue, another one-way street but heading west.  Farther to the right but barely visible is 6th Avenue, another one-way street heading east.  The street in the foreground is Eagle Street.  Merrill Field is in the background, just left of center.
